Principal's Message

Dear Roosevelt Students and Families,

Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year! It is with great honor and considerable enthusiasm that I introduce myself, Ms. Michelle Soto, as the new Principal of Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School. I am especially thrilled to return to the school I attended as a child! As a proud Paramount product, it has always been my aspiration to return to my community and build upon the tradition of academic excellence that was bestowed on me as a student in our wonderful District.

My philosophy and passion for education is embedded in the belief that all students can be successful through high academic expectations, fostering positive relationships, and addressing social-emotional needs. My dedication to our students has been shaped over the past 12 years here in Paramount.

As we returned to in-person instruction, I am continuously excited about the many possibilities that the new school year brings. Although there are still many uncertainties, we will find ways to work together to support one another and ensure our students have a successful year.

We are looking forward to working with each and every one of you as we build on the continued success at Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School.

Sincerely,

Michelle Soto
Principal
